Delivery & Pick Up

  • Delivery and pick up are based on location and our availability. Please provide the location of your event, any special instructions, and we will be glad to give you a quote.

  • Rental periods are between 1 and 4 days. We can accommodate for same-day drop off and pick up, or deliver the day prior to your event and pick up the day after.

  • Deliveries to a business or venue require contact at the facility, their hours of operation, and any special instructions.

  • Deliveries to a private home require a protected area to leave all rental items. Please provide contact information of the person receiving rental items. If no one will be home, provide specific drop off information.

  • Please let us know if there is limited access to the property, gate codes, or narrow driveways.

  • Additional charges will be added for the following: ferry routes, steep inclines, long-distance carries, or pick ups after 10 pm.

  • For evening pick ups, place all items in a pre-designated, lighted location. Items left out in a dark area will incur additional charges. Be sure to check itemized list to ensure all items are accounted for, including crates, covers, and other packing materials. Any items missing will be billed accordingly.

Will Call

  • You are welcome to pick up and drop off rental items at our Sammamish location at no additional charge between 9 am and 6 pm. Early or late pick up and drop off may be arranged based on availability.

  • Will Call scheduling and location information will be scheduled 2 weeks prior to your event.
